Kosovo, as one of the new emerging states, has a great will, to enter into the great family of the European Union-EU. Already a member of the Free Trade Agreement of the Central Europe (CEFTA), the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and all these has effects in its economic development and beyond. The current foreign policy of Kosovo tries to perform its function in two directions. On one side, has its priorities to providing new recognitions of the state and, on the other hand, emphasized the need for alliance with the five countries that have not recognized yet Kosovo's statehood, in order to have easier integration into the EU. Kosovo lacks proper implementation of international marketing, the periodic publication of Kosovars’ adequate developments with its global politics, which will analyze their effects on foreign policy in general and, in Kosovo will be set a higher level of public debate over these developments. This has driven us to the current analyzes, directly related with agreements and integration processes, to deliver a paper to measuring the recognition of the SAA, targeting certain groups in Kosovo. The paper also present a part of a research conducted in Kosovo, on how much and to what level is the knowledge of local population for SAA. Kosovo, a landlocked country in the Western Balkans, declared independence from Serbia in 2008. Since then, it has been actively pursuing its European integration process to become a fully-fledged member of the European Union. The European integration process is a strategic priority for Kosovo, as it seeks to align its legal, institutional, and administrative framework standard. The process promotes democratic governance, the rule of law, human rights, and economic development. Kosovo's European integration process is guided by the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) it signed with the European Union in 2015, which sets out the framework for Kosovo's engagement with the European Union and outlines the necessary reforms and commitments for its European integration. Integration agreements and efforts of the international community to create more stability on our planet are directed not only to the creation of collective security structures and military units but also in promoting peace and development by maintaining the stability of the world economy. The idea of creating the European Union in a single community is part of these efforts. Years passed since Kosovo, as other European and Balkans countries, experience the dream of full integration into the EU. This desire is due to the fact that the European Union is identified with words such are stability, order, low unemployment, significant way of living, functioning of laws and opened democracy, credible public institutions, service of the citizens based on transparency and not dominated by corruption, guaranteed individual rights and equal opportunity for all. With such an image of the European Union, all aspire; including Kosovo aspires to become part of it, which appears to be the only way of salvation –seen towards regional integration and developed countries, open policies of the European Union countries on sealing agreements towards integration into their family.
